Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. You must inform us within 7 days regarding your issue with the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

1) Refunds for Damaged Items Only

Refunds are offered only if the product is faulty or damaged upon delivery and reported within 7 days.

2) No Refunds for Personal Preferences
We do not offer refunds for changes of mind or personal dislike after purchase.

3) Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted. Unless item is damaged. For damaged item we will send you same item again. If it is out of stock, you will have option for refund or exchange with another item.

4) Return Shipping is Customer’s Responsibility
For exchanges (excluding faulty items), customers must bear the return shipping costs.

5) Restocking Fee May Apply
A restocking fee of up to 30% will be deducted on returned items to cover handling and processing.

6) No Returns on Sale or Customized Items

All discounted, personalized, or custom-made products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

7) Pre-Approval Required for Returns
Returns will only be accepted after prior approval and instructions from our customer service team.

8) Refunds Processed After Inspection

Refunds (where applicable) will be issued after quality inspection and may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and amount will be transferred back to you, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
