Ordering & Delivery Process

Following is the Ordering and Delivery process.

1. Order the Product and Specify the Delivery Method

2. You Will Receive an Order Confirmation Email. Our representative MAY call / message you with details regarding your order.

3. Your Order will be dispatched through Courier.

4. Keep the cash ready and inform someone to collect, if you are not available to collect.

Shipping Policy

1) Pakistan-Only Delivery

We currently offer delivery only within Pakistan. No international orders are accepted at this time.

2) Flat Shipping Rate

A flat delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies to all orders, regardless of order value or location within Pakistan. Unless you qualify for our FREE Delivery Scheme.

3) Minimum Order Requirement

A minimum order value of Rs.750 must be met for processing, apart from delivery fee charges. Orders below this amount will not be accepted.

4) Standard Delivery Timeline

Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days after confirmation. Delays may occur during holidays or high-volume periods.

5) Advance Payment on Large Orders

Orders above Rs.8,000 require a 50% advance payment to be processed. 50% of the amount will be collected as Cash on Delivery. This helps us reserve and dispatch your items efficiently.

6) Order Confirmation Requirement

We may contact you via phone or WhatsApp for order verification. If we’re unable to confirm, your order will not be shipped.

7) Failed Delivery Consequences

If a confirmed order is rejected upon delivery without valid reason, we reserve the right to block the customer from future purchases.

8) Changes or Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, they will be processed as final.

9) Out-of-Stock Handling

If an item is unavailable or does not pass quality control, it will be removed, and the rest of the order will be shipped.

10) Delivery Readiness

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and keep the exact amount ready, as riders may not carry change.
